Returns & Exchange

Wrong size, or changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery. Courier fees for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer.

• Cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch — any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
• Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method, in EGP.
• Every refund is confirmed by SMS or WhatsApp with a reference number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and its packaging. We cover the courier in these cases.
