We ship everywhere in Egypt through tracked courier services, and to 28 countries internationally.

Rates

Standard nationwide — EGP 90. Tracked delivery anywhere in Egypt.
Same-day, Cairo & Giza — EGP 150. For orders placed and confirmed before the daily cut-off.
International — EGP 960. Available to 28 countries.

Delivery times inside Egypt

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days.
Upper Egypt, Sinai & Red Sea: 3–5 business days.

Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays. Times are counted from the moment your order is confirmed, not from the moment it is placed.

International orders

International delivery is EGP 960 to any of the 28 countries we serve. Transit time depends on the destination and on customs clearance, so we do not promise a window. Any duties, customs charges, import taxes or local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

أسعار الشحن

الشحن العادي داخل مصر — 90 جنيهًا. توصيل بخدمة تتبّع لأي محافظة.
التوصيل في نفس اليوم، القاهرة والجيزة — 150 جنيهًا. للطلبات المسجّلة والمؤكَّدة قبل موعد الإغلاق اليومي.
الشحن الدولي — 960 جنيهًا. متاح إلى 28 دولة.

مواعيد التوصيل داخل مصر

القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
الإسكندرية والدلتا: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
الصعيد وسيناء والبحر الأحمر: من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

أيام العمل لا تشمل الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية، وتُحسب المدة من لحظة تأكيد الطلب وليس من لحظة تسجيله.

الطلبات الدولية

الشحن الدولي بـ 960 جنيهًا إلى أي من الدول الـ 28 التي نخدمها. مدة الوصول تختلف حسب الدولة وحسب التخليص الجمركي، لذلك لا نحدد مدة ثابتة. أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم تخليص محلية يتحمّلها المستلم وهي غير مشمولة في المبلغ المدفوع لنا.
