Terms of Service
By ordering from Sigma Cult — on this website, by phone, or on WhatsApp — you agree to these terms and to Egyptian consumer protection law.
Who we are
Sigma Cult is operated by Sigma Store, Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us on +20 100 837 2540, on WhatsApp, or at sigmacult00@gmail.com, daily 10 AM – 11 PM Cairo time.
Orders and confirmation
- Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. An order placed on the site is an offer; it becomes a contract when we confirm it.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order details cannot be verified. If we do, you pay nothing.
- Limited drops are sold while stocks last. If an item you ordered sells out before we can dispatch it, we refund you in full immediately and tell you by SMS or WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping is charged separately at the rates in our Shipping Policy.
- Cash on delivery is accepted nationwide.
Our products
- Every tee is 240 GSM combed cotton in a structured box fit.
- Expect the length to settle by about 1–2 cm after the first washes. This is normal for heavyweight cotton and is not a defect.
- Prints are high-density screen prints, tested through repeated wash cycles.
- We produce in limited runs. When a drop sells out, it is gone, and we do not promise a restock.
- Colours can differ slightly between screens and between production batches.
Artwork and trademarks
Unofficial fan-made apparel. Sigma Cult is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by the owners of the franchises depicted; all game artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our own original designs, photography and site content remain the property of Sigma Store and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and by your statutory rights under Egyptian law, which these terms do not limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Egyptian consumer protection law, and any dispute is subject to the competent Egyptian courts.

بطلبك من Sigma Cult — عبر هذا الموقع أو بالهاتف أو على واتساب — فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

الطلبات والتأكيد
- كل طلب يُؤكَّد بالهاتف أو واتساب قبل الشحن. الطلب المسجّل على الموقع يُعد عرضًا، ويصبح تعاقدًا عند تأكيدنا له.
- يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب — مثلًا عند نفاد الكمية أو تعذّر التوصيل للعنوان أو تعذّر التحقق من بيانات الطلب — ولا تتحمّل في هذه الحالة أي مبلغ.
- الإصدارات محدودة الكمية وتُباع حتى نفاد المخزون. إذا نفد منتج طلبته قبل شحنه، نرد لك المبلغ كاملًا فورًا ونبلغك برسالة SMS أو واتساب.
الأسعار والدفع
- جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تُطبَّق.
- مصاريف الشحن تُحسب بشكل منفصل وفق الأسعار الواردة في سياسة الشحن.
- الدفع عند الاستلام متاح في جميع المحافظات.
منتجاتنا
- كل تي شيرت من قطن ممشّط 240 جرام بقصّة بوكس مضبوطة.
- من الطبيعي أن يقصر الطول بمقدار 1 إلى 2 سم بعد أول غسلات، وهذا سلوك معتاد للقطن الثقيل وليس عيبًا.
- الطباعة سيلك سكرين عالي الكثافة ومختبَرة عبر دورات غسيل متكررة.
- ننتج بكميات محدودة، وعند نفاد الإصدار لا نعد بإعادة توفيره.
- قد تختلف درجات الألوان قليلًا بين الشاشات وبين دفعات الإنتاج.
الأعمال الفنية والعلامات التجارية
ملابس من صنع المعجبين وغير رسمية. Sigma Cult ليست تابعة لأصحاب الألعاب المعروضة ولا مرخّصة منهم ولا معتمدة لديهم؛ وجميع الرسومات والعلامات التجارية الخاصة بالألعاب ملك لأصحابها. أما تصاميمنا الأصلية وصور المنتجات ومحتوى الموقع فهي ملك Sigma Store ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن.
الشحن والاسترجاع
مواعيد وأسعار التوصيل موضّحة في سياسة الشحن، والاسترجاع والاستبدال يخضعان لسياسة الاسترجاع ولحقوقك القانونية بموجب القانون المصري، وهي حقوق لا تنتقص منها هذه الشروط.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، بما فيها قانون حماية المستهلك، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بنظر أي نزاع.
