Returns & Exchange
Wrong size, or changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery. Courier fees for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched, and any amount you have paid is refunded in full.
Condition we can accept
- Unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- In its original packaging where possible.
- Printed items showing signs of wear, washing, or with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Size exchange
Exchange for another size within 14 days of delivery. We send the courier to collect the item and deliver the replacement, and the courier's fee is added to the exchange. Exchanges depend on the replacement size still being in stock — our runs are limited, so tell us early.
Returns and refunds
- Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- The return courier's fee is deducted from your refund, or paid to the courier directly.
- Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method, in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
- Every refund is confirmed by SMS or WhatsApp with a reference number. If you did not get a reference, the refund has not been issued — contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of both the product and its packaging. We cover the courier in these cases and replace or refund the item — the 14-day condition rules above do not apply to a fault that was ours.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال
مقاس غلط أو غيّرت رأيك؟ لديك 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام. مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع والاستبدال يتحمّلها العميل.
الإلغاء قبل الشحن
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجانًا في أي وقت قبل خروجه للشحن، ويُرد أي مبلغ دفعته بالكامل.
حالة المنتج المقبولة
- غير مستخدم وغير مغسول، وجميع التيكيتات (التاجات) ما زالت مركّبة.
- في عبوته الأصلية إن أمكن.
- المنتجات المطبوعة التي عليها آثار استخدام أو غسيل أو أُزيلت تيكيتاتها لا تُسترجع ولا تُستبدل.
استبدال المقاس
يمكن الاستبدال بمقاس آخر خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام. نرسل المندوب لاستلام القطعة وتسليم البديل، وتُضاف مصاريف المندوب على الاستبدال. الاستبدال مرتبط بتوفر المقاس البديل، وإصداراتنا محدودة الكمية، لذا أبلغنا سريعًا.
الاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ
- الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام مقابل استرداد ثمن المنتج.
- تُخصم مصاريف مندوب الاسترجاع من المبلغ المسترد، أو تُدفع للمندوب مباشرة.
- يُنفَّذ الاسترداد المعتمد خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية وبالجنيه المصري.
- كل عملية استرداد تُؤكَّد برسالة SMS أو واتساب تحمل رقمًا مرجعيًا. إذا لم يصلك رقم مرجعي فالمبلغ لم يُرد بعد — تواصل معنا.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
إذا وصلك المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عمّا طلبت، أبلغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور للمنتج وللتغليف معًا. في هذه الحالات نتحمّل نحن مصاريف الشحن ونستبدل المنتج أو نرد قيمته، ولا تُطبَّق شروط الحالة أعلاه على عيب من جانبنا.
